InterControl ServiceLink GSM
With Digsy ServiceLink you are in contact with your mobile outdoor machinery, worldwide and independent of location. Via an office-PC operating companies and/or machine manufacturers are now in a position to exchange data directly with the machine without manually intervention on the site. Digsy ServiceLink is connected to the serial interface of the Digsy Compact or one of the displays and transfers real-time data in both directions.

In the future service activities will look different. Problem analysis can be carried out from the office. With Digsy ServiceLink you have direct access to your machine without manual intervention. You look directly into the system and are thus able to check the status of all sensors and actuators connected to the CAN-network. All real-time machine status are represented online via the software PROSYD1131 from Inter Control. Via the operating data memory or "diagnostics words" it is possible to analyse problems. If access to the diesel engine via the CAN-bus is implemented all the relevant engine data can be read out via remote data transmission. Knowing that 70% of all faults or malfunctions occur in the electronics periphery you can imagine how often such a malfunction can be solved simply by replacing a sensor or a contact. This makes expensive service visits to the site unnecessary and the end user always will have the feeling that he has quickly and competently been assisted. Nevertheless, in case a service visit should be necessary you can localise the problem beforehand and possibly identify the required spare part. Thus, waiting times can be shortened and multiple service visits can be avoided.
Sensors of peripheral analysis
The inclinometers and electronic protractors are based on micro-mechanics (silicon wafer) without any moving parts. They are wear-resistant and shock-proof and therefore have an almost unlimited life span. This modern technology offers a high resolution and does not require a settle time. Various size ranges and output signals are available.
