15-01-09 - "TheWheel, "the Whisper", the HyTruck hydrogen vehicle and battery systems for large sailing yachts, all traction concepts and components for future use. We are professionals in New Product Development (NPD)

e-Traction invents and develops products at an early stage, even before before the market has identified the need for these products. This makes working in the team of e-Traction extremely versatile. We 'push' the limits of traction technology and we are constantly in search of improvements. To strengthen our team we are currently looking for research engineers.

Research engineer

e-Traction has developed a revolutionary efficient hub motor. City buses equipped with this unique way of propulsion are already in use. e-Traction is looking for a research engineer, who will be responsible for the R&D activities within our unique company and its innovative business.

Working at e-Traction means that you will develop new products and use our products in new applications together with our current R&D director. It will be your responsibility to manage tacit knowledge, to cooperate closely with the existing production and development team and to give shape to the current and future R&D activities within e-Traction. You will report directly to the R&D director and you will have the potential to promote to his responsibilities.

We are looking for a professional with an academic level of mechanical, electrical or mechatronical engineering. Fluency in English is required and knowledge of the German language is a pro. You have at least ten years of working experience within R&D activities.
